RISE Pod Personal Training is an exciting new concept encapsulating the magic of RISE in a format designed for YOU, no matter where you live, how fit you are, or your level of experience.

The RISE "Six Pack" is a fun, step by step, personal training program suitable for all fitness levels. These are multi use sessions, not one off workouts. We’ve designed them to be your training companion, so that in the years to come you’ll always have a “healthy buddy” to motivate and inspire you!

Session 1 - An energising introduction to RISE Pod Personal Training, suitable for all fitness levels. Packed with health education and inspiring insights, we'll stir up the fire in your belly and help you take charge from this moment on!

Session 2 - A steady state, cardiovascular, session suitable for all fitness levels. We'll keep you moving in the "fat burning zone" as you discover the RISE secrets of keeping diaries on your food, movement and mind.
Session 3 - A strong, cardiovascular interval session suitable for all fitness levels. It's time to make some lasting, positive changes, while we maintaining the power and momentum to keep you moving forward.
Session 4 - A steady state, cardiovascular, session suitable for all fitness levels. Let your body recover while we feed your mind this delicious smorgasbord of healthy eating information and practical tips of how to shine from the inside out.
Session 5 - This session is a mixture of cardiovascular intervals and strength and flexibility exercises.
It’s suitable for all fitness levels. While Sessions 1 – 4 focused on education, Sessions 5 and 6 contain clear instructions on how to move safely and effectively to build your strength and flexibility.
