The good news is, it doesn’t matter how sluggish, tired, stiff or sore you may feel when you get out of bed in the morning. The fact remains, your body has amazing potential. It can (and will!) improve in any way you ask it to, thanks to the wonderful process of physiological adaptation. From this moment on, your actions will determine whether you feel heavy and cumbersome, or sleek and powerful.

RISE Personal Training power training increases your cardiovascular fitness (the ability to transport oxygen and blood to the muscles) and fat oxidation rate
(the ability to utilise fat as a fuel source), leaving you feeling fitter, leaner and healthier than you have in years. Remember, body fat is there to be used! It’s a storage system designed to keep your body warm, draw the toxins away from vital organs and most importantly be used as fuel when the body’s energy demands are not being met.

Walking
One of the safest, most effective cardiovascular workouts in the history of our species! Great for all age groups and most medical conditions.

Indoor Circuit Training
When you don’t feel like being outside, an indoor circuit is the ideal way to increase your fitness and burn up extra calories. Very little space (3 metres x 5 metres) is required for this power workout that utilises specialised equipment and is suitable for all ages and levels.

Kayaking
Fantastic for the abs, back muscles, arms and shoulders (not to mention the stress relief!)– why not enjoy our beautiful harbour city from a new perspective and get fit at the same time?

Cycling
Toned legs, firm butt, strong heart – Rediscover your youth with either a gentle peddle on a flat surface or (if you’re feeling brave) an off road experience that is guaranteed to thrill!

Boxing
A great fat burning workout that really lets off some steam! Have some fun toning your arms, shoulders and mid section while you punch out any pent up negative energy. Yes…we can arrange for someone’s picture to be on our punching pads if that helps!

Sprinting
Learn the secrets used by Olympic athletes to increase your fitness and tone your whole body. Even for those who think “they’re just not sprinters” you’ll soon discover that your speed doesn’t matter, the power of this workout is all in the action!

Pool Training
Improve your breathing, increase you stamina but be kind to your joints! Invigorating for the whole body and suitable for all ages and levels, this power workout is ideal for increasing fitness, injury rehabilitation, pre natal programs and health management for the not so young.

Inline Skating
Get your heart pumping, burn body fat, tone your lower body…and be prepared to have a laugh! No experience is necessary and all safety equipment is provided by RISE training.

Ball Sports - Huff and Puff
Why not combine your passion for your favourite sport, increase your skills and get fit all at the same time!
