RISE Personal Training is a safe, motivating experience in which your physical and mental boundaries are expanded.

In this moment, as you read these words, consider……How freely can your body move? How long can you hold your breath? How strong are you? How fit are you? After a comprehensive initial assessment, your RISE trainer puts together a program specifically for you, designed to maximise your power, shape, energy, breath and presence.

You begin learning from your very first session - the exact range of foods that complement your biochemical individuality, increasing your energy and controlling your weight - the movements that are compatible with your body type and your goal - the patterns of breathing that balance your nervous system and harness your mental focus, allowing for complete relaxation.

As you are lead through the practical application of this information, you begin a process of permanent positive change. By learning through your actions, your intelligence extends from the confines of your brain into every cell of your body. You no longer have to think health…you are health.

10 Session Training Packages

RISE Personal Training 10 session training packages are targeted to achieve specific goals. These goals are set before the training begins and are objectively measured each week until the end of the program. Most people stop progressing because they fail to change their program regularly. This 10 session pack is designed to shock your physiology back into adaptation mode…expect turbulence ahead!

Weight Loss: Focus - Energy In verses Energy Out
Find out how to eat correctly for your particular body type and discover the simple secret to managing your weight forever.

Stand Tall: Focus - Posture Correction
